As conditions surrounding COVID-19 continue to change daily, we understand that comfort levels are shifting often and it’s important to us that each patient make decisions based on their current comfort level. So, if you are not feeling well or are uncomfortable coming into the clinic, we encourage you to stay home. Until further notice, same day cancellation fees or penalties will be waived in the event that you are unwell.

Additionally, we want you to know that we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our patients in our clinic. To minimize contact, we are only booking one patient at a time, (with exceptions to immediate family members who book together), and we ask that you only bring someone to the clinic with you if it essential that they accompany you. That being said, between each patient all shared surfaces are sanitized such as: door handles, counter tops, bathroom fixtures, treatment tables, etc.. All patients are required to wear face masks and participate in sanitation practices upon entering. To minimize contact, we will let you in at your appointed time once sanitation is complete. Because of these procedures it is important that you arrive at your appointed time to keep our schedule running smoothly.

We know this situation has brought hardship to everyone. For that reason, every Monday in July and August, we are offering complimentary 15 minutes sessions to first time patients to help in treating anxiety and depression. These sessions have limited availability and will not be rescheduled if a patient arrives more than 5 minutes late. Please note, we can not guarantee results in a 15 minute session, our intention is to offer an introduction to the lasting affects acupuncture can provide.
